It seems like the only television I like watching now a days is reality tv. I know, it is kind of sad, but when you think about it,the shows are just like long extended game shows. I wonder if any of these shows will ever go into syndication? Actually, I am kind of surprised that Survivor isn’t into syndication yet, with them being already on their 10th season. Here are the current reality shows that interest me:

American Idol- This is turning out to be a pretty interesting season. It seems to me that this time around there is a lot more talented guy singers than girl singers. My predictions for the final four are the following in no particular order.

Anwar Robinson
Bo Bice
Carrie Underwood
Nadia Turner

This week I think Scott Savol or Nikko Smith will be voted out.

Survivor- We actually have a Survivor Fantasy League within the church staff. This year’s season has been ok so far. At this point I have no idea who is going to come out on top. I think many people think Ian is going to win, however it never really turns out how you expect it.

The Amazing Race- Many people can’t stand Amber and Rob, however I think they are playing brilliantly! They are a lot of fun to watch and I actually hope they will win.

This weekend went even better than I thought it would. The Forrest Gump drama went over really well. My wife helped me with it being the women I was talking to on the bench. I think the Lord did use the talk to speak to hearts and minds about the topic of waiting.
These past two days I really have been in the drama kick again. I have been doing a character named Ivan Spyler for the preschool at our church. I helped them solve the mystery of Easter by finding clues. It was sort of a take-off on Blue’s Clues.

The drama doesn’t stop there. I will be doing a mime for the Good Friday service. It is an old drama but still very effective. It is done to the Ray Boltz song, “Watch the Lamb”.
